Seasonair is proud to have worked on the Centennial Park project as the managing contractor. Their team took care of the mechanical, roofing, solar panel modification works, gyprocking, and final painting. Despite the building being operational during the construction phase, we ensured a high level of coordination with the client, so as not to disrupt the sensitive environment of a funeral home. They also made sure to keep the work areas clean after each shift. Their team worked tirelessly, even after hours, to supply and install three Daikin heat pump VRF systems, consisting of four roof-mounted air handlers and eight cassettes, cooling the atrium. Additionally, they supplied and installed four heat reclaim units for CO2 controls, based on ppm levels within the space. All of this is controlled via a Daikin centralized controller with WAGO control. Seasonair take pride in providing top-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
