Southern Cross Care

Carmelite Residential Care is one of Southern Cross Care’s flagship facilities. Together with Principal Contractor Sarah Constructions, the team at Seasonair was tasked with delivering a complete heating, cooling, filtration and exhaust solution for the entire complex.

Works included:

5 levels of mechanical services
100% outside air poolpac system
Custom engineered basement and kitchen exhaust systems
Ultraviolet / ozone filtration
Evaporative cooling / Gas heating / ducted air conditioning
