Bridgeport Hotel is a 5 star, five level luxury accommodation and entertainment facility overlooking the iconic Murray River, incorporated extensive heating, cooling and wider mechanical services. The following made up some of the works required to be completed by the professional Seasonair team:

• Room conditioning via a VRV ducted air system incorporating custom made attenuators for near silent operation.
• Multiple function and gaming room conditioners - via roof mounted packaged air conditioning systems as well as pre-conditioned outside air via indirect evaporatively cooled “climate wizard systems” for maximum efficiency.
• Kitchen exhaust incorporating custom engineered high efficiency exhaust hoods.
• Specialised carpark exhaust using CO controlled jet fans that required the Seasonair team to undertake a CFD (Computer Functional Design) analysis to ensure correct and optimal operation.
• Installation of a Schneider Electric BMS to control and monitor the entire hotel.
